What it is
You come in with something real.
A decision you keep circling. A pattern you recognise but can't stop. A moment that's coming and you don't trust how you'll show up.
We don't follow a fixed protocol. We work with what's actually there.
The point is not the session. It's what becomes available when your cognitive mind is no longer the only voice in the room.
What happens
We start with a short conversation to set the direction. Then 60 to 75 minutes of guided breathwork. Afterwards, time to land what surfaced and integrate it. You'll receive a short follow-up in the days after.

One session.
Two hours.
$500
In person in Playa Venao, Panama, or online.
If it makes sense to continue, the session is credited toward The Work.
