What this is
This is not a single session. It's a way of working that changes how your system processes and responds over time.
We use breathwork to move your body into a different state — where cognitive over-control drops and deeper processing becomes available. Not to relax. To access and change the patterns driving how you think, react, and decide.
Most people try to improve by thinking more. Thinking works on limited data. This work expands access to what's underneath it.
How we work
Three months. Six private sessions, bi-weekly. Integration between sessions. Direct support when something comes up.
Each session builds on the previous one. Not intensity. Repetition.
Access once is not enough. Change happens when the system experiences something different more than once.
