Through the 1:1 application form I collect: full name, email, location and time zone, preferred language, how you found me and your answers to the questions of the selected journey.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address.

Application data is used only to assess your request, reply to you by email and, if we choose to work together, run the journey. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures.

Applications are kept for as long as needed to assess them and run any resulting journey, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Data is never sold or transferred. It is processed on technical infrastructure (hosting, database, email) acting as data processors.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to itsfranpesca@gmail.com.
