Strength
Build a body capable of holding you when you're upside down.

A progressive path to develop strength, mobility, stability and control, understand what to train and turn random attempts into a practice you know how to carry forward.
Whether you start from zero or keep getting stuck at the same point, you don't need to be ready already. You need to build what will make you ready.
Build a body capable of holding you when you're upside down.
Create the space you need to move with greater freedom and control.
Every step forward becomes concrete proof of what your body can learn.
You don't wait for it to disappear. You learn to approach it, listen to it and keep going.
What seemed impossible becomes something you can explore, train and redefine.
Strength, mobility, trust and the capacity to stay in front of fear don't end when your feet come back to the ground.
Maybe you keep attempting without knowing what's missing.
Maybe you have strength, but not yet the mobility or control.
Maybe your body would be ready, but fear stops you first.
You don't need to try harder. You need a progression.
Four progressive modules. Each one prepares the next: first you understand, then you build the body, then you train the mind, and finally you put it all together.

Learn the technical basics you need to practise with greater clarity and safety.

Strength, mobility and stability through preparatory exercises you can return to whenever you need them.

Work with fear, control and limiting beliefs while learning to stay inside the attempt.

Full workshops to integrate technique, physical preparation and mental work, explore variations and build transitions like Sirsasana → Pincha.

This is one student's progress after seven months of consistent practice. Not an overnight transformation. The result of preparation, clear progressions and continuity.
Progress isn't something you wait for. It's something you learn to build.
Build the foundations before approaching the full pose.
Understand what's missing and stop repeating attempts that produce no progress.
Consolidate technique and control, explore new variations and work on transitions.
You don't need to be strong, flexible or brave already. The path exists to build these capacities.

Follow the path at your own pace and return to the foundations whenever you need to.

A workbook to recognise the thoughts that stop you and turn them into new possibilities to experiment with in your practice.
Not simple PDFs to read. Tools to use while you practise.

I guide people through movement, breath and inversions.
I don't teach you to force your body into a pose. I teach you to understand what's missing, build it progressively and use every attempt as information.
My role is not to promise you when you'll get there. It's to give you a method so you know how to keep going.
“With Franpesca I understood the true meaning of the word "preparatory work" for reaching a goal… an effective method built "step by step"… You can achieve great results even online! It was a real surprise for me!”
Yes. The path starts from the foundations and lets you work from your current level.
No. Strength, mobility and stability are among the capacities you'll build during the path.
The course includes lessons dedicated to exiting and falling from Sirsasana, Pincha and handstand, so you can approach each attempt with greater awareness.
The course gives you technique, preparation and progressions to work towards Sirsasana, Pincha and handstand. Timing and results depend on your body, your starting point and your consistency.
Yes. You can consolidate the foundations, refine your technique and explore variations and transitions like Sirsasana → Pincha.
It depends on the time you can dedicate consistently. I recommend at least one practice a week, preferably two. If you want to intensify and your body recovers well, you can build up to three. You don't need to do everything at once. Consistency matters more than quantity.
When you purchase Corso Inversioni, access is yours with no expiry. You can follow the path at your own pace and return to the lessons whenever you need.
If you experience pain, injuries or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before starting. The course does not replace an individual assessment.
You don't need to know how to get there already. You only need to start building what you need.
